We will have a free legal consultation for start-ups on M&A, capital alliance and equity/debt financing and venture capitals on a fund documentation and necessary documents to be filed with the FSA/ to be provided to investors under the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act from 22nd to 28th day of November (excluding 23rd, a national holiday of Japan).
