We will have a free legal consultation for start-ups on M&A and equity/debt financing and venture capitals on a fund documentation and necessary documents to be filed with the FSA/ to be provided to investors under the Financial Instrumens and Exchange Act from 16th to 27h day of May.  For booking, please contact Yuki Sato at info.tokyo@namura-law.jp with the information below.
